How to activate a ruby ring?

Point one: Purchase Rings of Blood. Put on a new item and follow into Chaotic Battles. During the battle, accumulate 15, click on the ring (a system notification about using Blood Muster spells). You can make a collection only once per battle, and regardless of its outcome you will receive one Essence of Blood.
You need to repeat this procedure 30 times. Point two: After collecting 30 Essences, return to the Altar and buy Altar Ring (You can only have one such ring at a time).
Collecting Blood Rubies:
1. Put on the ring.
2. Enter Chaotic Battle.
3. Accumulate 5 “hearts”.
4. Use the ring and perform Blood Absorption. Attention!
• The ring can be used 6 times a day;
• In the same battle, it makes sense to use Absorption only on different opponents, since repeated use of Absorption on the same target will cancel the previous one;
• Cannot be used on animals;
• Cannot be used while waiting for the enemy’s turn;
• Blood Ruby can only be obtained by victory;
• Blood Ruby cannot be created by someone who is lightly armed;
• If the Altar Ring requires repair, then it does not allow the creation of rubies. Point three: Donation of Rubies.
1. Return to the Altar.
2. Open the Backpack.
3. Click “Use”.
Rubies will be donated one at a time, a certain number of donations will give you access to exchange rubies for various scrolls and solvents. Currently the maximum donation limit is 100 pieces. What you already have Altar Ring can be upgraded in the Catacombs Demons city :
• by using the Essence of the Mind on the Altar ring at the “Fountain of the Phantom Mind” you will receive Mystic Altar Ring;
• by using the Essence of Power on the Altar ring at the “Phantom Power Fountain” you will receive Warrior Altar Ring. Attention!
